"Me encantó completamente todo, muy accesible, cómodo, limpio, lindo y familiar en todo el sentido. Solo q el q consuma alcohol pues los precios están muy altos en cuanto a las bebidas, por otro lado renté este hotel para que la fam disfrutara el water park ya q en mi hogar tengo piscina y uno de los días lo cerraron completamente para darle mantenimiento y al otro día lo abrieron al medio día ósea perdimos ese beneficio que era nuestro propósito de renta y solo pudimos utilizar el lazy river."

"There were no closets for it to be named a Villa studio. No utensils. There was a door in the bathroom by the toilet so super awkward to get to the shower. The TV would turn off on its on while watching it. Floors were not mopped. I had to were slippers the entire time. I heard every noise from the street even though we were on the fifth floor. Our clothes lived out of the suitcases due to no hanging storage available. No comforter in the beds. Not sure what the non upgraded room looked like?...

"It was great.. Love that they have a provisions place to get the odds and ends you dont think you need on a vacation or things you forgot to bring, like a razor.. LOL. Pool was awesome. H2O Water Park within walking distance and included was amazing.."

"We went to the waterpark two times during our stay. Both days it closed after being there for maybe 30 minutes. They said due to lightening 5 miles away. The two times we called the front desk for something, the reason we called wasn't addressed in a timely manner. We called to get gas delivered for the grill around 8:00am for dinner that we had planned for the evening. We left for day and even called in about the gas while we were out. "Rooms really dirty and old dont book here you are better off paying $200-300 more for a thousand times better stay. Booked for 7 days and the bed sheets did not get changed once. They fix your bed with the same sheets they just turn them over. I know because my daughter spilled some of her juice i took it off came back to a fixed bed and i thought they were new sheets flip it over and same stains. Checked out early because it was disgusting. Each day found worms in restroom and found 4 insects"
