"It was a nice home on Pendant Court in Kissimmee however the washer and dryer which i consider major amenities were both broken for the entire 5 night stay. Ran out of towels by night 3. Notified Swanky Vacay on the first day that the laundry drain was clogged the valves for the hot and cold water were both turned off when we arrived and both appliances were unplugged so obviously it was a known issue. 25 text messages and 5 phone calls later it was never resolved. I was told it was fixed after 2-3 days and we ran the wash only to find the washer and dryer now standing in 2 inches of water until the next day. Seemed dangerous as they are plugged into the electric Could have been much cleaner. I probably cleaned it better than the previous cleaning crew. Water smelled of sulfur, not a very good water treatment facility used for this community. One of the toilets didnt flush in bedroom 3, would have been nice to know before hand. Smoke alarm was beeping every 2 minutes for the first 14 hours of the stay. 2 bed frames were broken, 1 mattress in the master bedroom upstairs was leaning so the entire night felt as if you were rolling off the bed. Not a complaint but be aware that an additional $40 per day is charged if you require the pool to be heated."

"Overall it was a great stay. Grounds are clean, pool is large and few slides are fun. Small but nice lazy river ckmes w tubes. Putt putt ans other sports available as well. Free breakfast was a nice perk, make your own waffles eggs bacon. Thebstaples. We had a doubke.king bed and it was a great suze rikm. Rokms are too sparcw and the decor alkng the halleays is just odd. Friendly staff. I woikd stay again fir a goood rate like we had. "

"Staff was exceptional. Family member had medical emergency, and security came with medical team to check and assist immediately. We were celebrating birthday and I was pampered with care gifts. The only downside was the guests. There were 3 weddings and company events happening at the same time during our stay. It was very chaotic with people who lacked etiquette. I’ll definitely come back during low season again. "

"The staff was amazing, from the moment you enter the property the gate guard smiles and welcomes you. Check in was smooth and easy. Stayed in a room on building 13, it was quiet and clean 1 bedroom, bathroom full kitchen and living room. I enjoyed two of the pools they were clean heated and plenty of seats. The entire property is well manicured and I can’t wait to come back!"
