Die Ausstattung war okay und dem gebuchten Preis angemessen; es war sauber und sicher, das ist mir stets das wichtigste. Die Lage des kleinen Hotels ist nahe der Akademie; San Marco ist leicht und binnen 15 Minuten bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der Nähe befinden sich Kleine, gute Restaurants, ein Imbiss, ein Pub und diverse Souvenirläden. Zum Canal Grande sind es nur wenige...

"Roberta, our front desk host was amazing. The rest of our stay was undesirable as the room smelled like sewage and mildew. We discussed with staff, but nothing (other than them opening our windows) was done. It was unbearable. Additionally, there was extremely loud music playing that sounded as if it were coming from our bathroom. If you have trouble moving about rooms are extremely small and toilet gets blocked by the door. While the location was good, I would not recommend at all. We could not...

"We were looked after by the lovely Martina, who allowed us to check in early to drop off our bags and very kindly upgraded our room to have a balcony! The rooms and amenities were perfect, we were sad we were only staying overnight! It’s in the perfectly location right in the heart of the Verona, everything we needed was a 5-20 minute walk away depending which side of the river were we’re going to. We would absolutely recommend to anyone."

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. They also held our luggage after checkout, which allowed us to enjoy our morning without having to carry it around."
