Elevator extremely small. Hotel not well indicated need to walk up to the door to read hotel name and get buzzed in. Staff really nice"

"Small boutique hotel in the city center. Location can't be beat, and the proprietor was very knowledgable about attractions, dining options, and entertainment. AC worked like a champ -- very important in Rome, in summer! Note: this is a first floor walk-up with no elevator, so bear that in mind if going up a winding flight of stairs, with your luggage, would be challenging for you."
