"Very clean room. Very kind and helpful staff. Gave us recommendations in the city for different restaurants and neighbourhoods. Air conditioning was a relief from the intense Rome heat. Bed was comfortable. Location was extremely convenient, 2 min walk from Trevi Fountain, 10 min walk from Pantheon, 5 min walk from grocery and 10 min from metro - EXCELLENT! Only downside was the shower filling up with water and not draining properly. Informed staff but it did not end up getting fixed. Otherwise...
