"First the staff was so helpful and friendly. The place was perfect for our 5 day stay. Close to a grocery store . Only issue was the washer /dryer combo. Not like in Canada so drying was difficult but a holder was provided. The had coffee and tea for us which was a nice bonus. I plan on using this company again when i travel to Scotland or Ireland."

"The main complaint we have is that the washing machine wasn’t working. We especially booked this place because it had a washing machine, but we couldn’t use it. The room wasn’t the cleanest as we found coins and other things on the floor, something we interpreted as not a thorough cleaning. The staff was friendly and they did let us use their employee-only washing machine and drier in the basement but we had to constantly go downstairs to do laundry, check if the clothes were already dry, etc....

Though listed as for 4 people, it was a bit awkward for 4 people: bathroom en suite to one room, so those on beds (pull-outs) in front room had to walk through the other room to the bathroom. And because light switches for bathroom are outside, anyone sleeping gets light in their eyes until the door is closed. And using the kitchenette was disturbing to those sleeping in front room. Would have liked a full size coffee maker as the nespresso...
