"We stayed 4 nights. the personal is always excellent, well educated the best.. However the housekeeping was lacking and room lacked basic toaltteries making it less than a 5 star (5 star is about details) We had to call and ask a toothpaste etc. My slippers was taken away and I had to call to get slippers. Also middle of our stay a laundry bags and order plates were removed as well making it impossible to place a breakfast card on the door handle. Not even tipping a housekeeping 20-30 a day...

"Very large hotel with groups of guests checking in constantly. Convenient location. Many restaurants nearby"

"Good hotel right on the water front. The city view rooms should be taken with a pinch of salt as you don’t see much really. Great cocktail bar in floor 12 with prices that are not that bad, just a bit bad. Room rates seem on the high side but I guess you’re paying extra for the location."

"Cons: No wash cloths, soap, shampoo, etc. Bring a trash bag with you too! Only 1 electrical outlet in the whole room. If you like mazes, this hotel is for you. It was a hunt to find our way to and from our room. We made a game of it to see who could choose the correct door or hallway. Pros: LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! "Clean but very small room (#718) and with an even smaller bathroom. I am medium build and media height. A larger person would have problems using that bathroom. I had to shuffle sideways to get into the shower cubicle (no bath). You would have to be a contortionist to access the toilet roll while sitting on the loo. "

"Hotel is new and very clean. The staff we interacted with were great, and the hotel is in a great location. Rooms are small, as advertised, but that wasn’t an issue as we weren’t spending a lot of time in the room. My only warning is the lobby area has a very strong perfumed scent."
