"Great experience"

"This was a last minute booking as a flat we had booked for our 5 night stay in London turned out to be Horrible. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The only issue we had with our room 607 was the bottom of the shower door was missing the rubber to keep water from leaking out. There would be a puddle of water on the floor. Nothing a towel can't clean up. We made the hotel aware of this. Location was great. Tower Hill tube stop a few minute walk away. Short walk to...

"Great property close to the train station that is connected to the ExCel center (trains, not the hotel). The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and the staff goes above and beyond! My room was large with a huge window seat where I could relax, get work done or just read a book while enjoying the view.
