"We had an absolutely wonderful 2 day stay for my son’s wedding! Traveling with a family group—including the bride and groom, the bride's parents, and her sibling—can be tricky to coordinate, but the hotel went above and beyond for us. "Everything was great"

"Room was small as expected for a hotel room in manhattan, but clean. bed springs were loud and you can hear honking from the street. The area is relatively quiet though. You can hear everything from neighbors including door slamming, footsteps, and conversations. Staff were very nice overall. Location was convenient, by the 1 and not far from A/C."

"Fantastic location and well furnished basic rooms. Super comfy bed and pillows. Only downside was the walls were like paper, and albeit a loud voiced neighbour, I could hear every word.."

"perfect location, big room and easy check in/out"

"Staff was very nice. Room was small but clean"

"The room had very bad infestation of bed bugs multiple bites"

"One of the worst experience. How on earth they only provide two bottles of water for my entire 4 nights stay? The woman in the reception was rude and I feel she’s being racist. The Asian woman was polite but another woman in white shirt are so rude. The old man was good manner. I still cannot accept a hotel policy as she claimed only provide two bottles of water during first day of checked in !! Bizarre. My remaining of 7 nights I moved to Westin Hotel Times Square. Perfect place for me."
