"The hotel was clean but not what was expected for the amount of money spent to stay there. The internet did not work, there were not enough towels in the room, there was no soap, shampoo or other ammenities and no do not disturb sign in the room. All of these things I had to ask for. In the first night I had to go down to the desk on 3 different occasions because on top of all this there was not a phone in the room to call the front desk. Someone came †o look at the tv for the internet because...

"Horrible check in was at 3pm they didn’t have my balcony room ready until 7:45 pm . I will never stay here again ."

"The staff were really helpful. Helping us check in and booking us transport to JFK at the end of our stay. The only thing I would say is it should be made clearer that if you have a king bed with city view there is not all round access to the bed. When you are both over 60, one with a broken hand, it was not easy having to crawl to get out of the bed."

It’s all in the little things; for example, they provided water every day after room cleaning, Nespresso pods in the room, and umbrellas if it was supposed to rain that day. I will definitely be coming back in the future!"
