"The Row is in a PERFECT location and everyone was so helpful and kind. Our TV stopped working and they had someone on it right away. I would have loved a fridge in our room but other than that we will definitely be back next year!!"

"This property was good because it’s in the heart of Manhattan and we were in NYC for 30 hours. Perfect for your one night pit stop. I wouldn’t recommend it for over two nights. Some rooms like ours are part of a 2-door entry to get to your room. Tight corners make maneuvering luggage a pain."

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it.
