"Rooms are dated, and in need of some TLC. Not the cleanest rooms either. Staff are not paying attention to details in the rooms when cleaning. Dirt and pieces of paper under desk and bedside table. Plug ins for phones didn't work. Light bulbs out in bathroom. Super hot in rooms as air conditioning could not be turned on. Was not told this when booking. "

"The front desk staff was the best through our entire stay. They were kind, helpful, professional to the highest degree. DO NOT LET THEM GO!!!!!!!!!!! Every staff member was very kind and helpful. The only problem we had was the size of the showers. Way too think and not wide enough"

A lot of excess charges and taxes, and the icing on the cake was being charged $5.00 per each piece of luggage stored. This is a very busy part of town, so be prepared to wear noise canceling headphones at night."

I went with Pod Times Square because it was close to a lot of the events I was planning to attend as well as traveling back home. "Water had to be requested to be provided. Hotel staff were friendly and provided enough bottles only after requesting. Hair dryer was not functioning. Self park was not on prem and is not mentioned in the booking details."

"The room was on the small side, but very clean and it was very quiet. The lobby was always busy with people enjoying the places to sit, eat and visit. The live music on Tuesday night was fun! The elevators were extremely slow and it was difficult to find a car with room to get on at busy times, so we often just took the stairs from our 6th floor room. It would’ve been frustrating to be on a much higher floor and having to wait for the elevator!"
