Great location, but...
"The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. We liked staying here whenever we visit NYC as the location is great especiallyif using tge subway, but as soon as you step out to 42nd Street there homeless sleeping and feces on the sidewalk now."

"St James is nicely positioned near Times Square with options for eating nearby. Room was simple and in good condition. Air conditioner was a bit noisy and so was the sound from the street in our room. Overall happy with our stay."
