My daughter and I have always stayed at this beautiful hotel! The staff is so friendly they make you feel like you are actually at home! The amenities are spotless spot on perfection! this is a remodeled property, very spacious for New York City. Family and business friendly. The 12th floor lounge is very practical for those needing to work occasionally while on vacation. Plenty of space and tables. TV screens for watching games or other in group, or meetings. Cute nice gym on the same floor. Will definitely return for future New York trips.
