"Came here for Harry Styles and it was GREAT! The room is small, but it makes sense since its New York. The workers were all amazing and super helpful, our shower wouldnt drain and a sweet lady came in and vacuumed the water out of our tub at 3 AM!!!! The receptionists also gave some great recommendations for us to visit around the city. If you are in your 20's and going on a fun trip I definitely recommend this hotel. Great ambiance, wifi was a bit spotty, but the walls were thick enough to drown on the city noise and the people in other rooms. Location of the hotel is also very convenient everything is pretty much walking distance, if not the subway is not too far."

"Very safe hotel in a prime location if youโ€™re in the city to see Broadway shows! Walkable to theaters and restaurants, close to subway. The rooms are on the smaller side and the lighting isnโ€™t always great, but the goal isnโ€™t to spend the day in the hotel! Appreciated the room darkening blinds and how quiet it was.
