My stay at this hotel with my family was a very poor experience for several reasons.
First, the receptionist showed a very bad attitude and a complete lack of service quality. Upon arriving at the room, we found that there were no towels available. When we requested them, the receptionist scolded us, stating that towels must be requested at 3:00 p.m., which is unreasonable for guests who need basic amenities immediately.
As a result, I had to dry myself the next day using only a hand towel, which was the only towel available, for the rest of the family was impossible to take a shower that day until the receptionist on the following day kindly and professionally assisted us, showing a much better level of service ( a nice guy Spanish speaker).
Additionally, water leaks out of the shower area, causing inconvenience and poor bathroom conditions.
Regarding housekeeping, one day the room was not cleaned at all, and on the day cleaning was supposedly done, there were still Cheerios on the floor that my husband had accidentally dropped the previous day, clearly showing that the cleaning was incomplete and poorly executed.
Overall, the lack of courtesy, basic amenities, and maintenance made this stay a very disappointing experience.
