"We had a great stay! The hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly, the lobby is small but fashionable, and our suite had TWO king sized beds. We’re a family of four (parents and two teenagers), and had loads of space. The bathroom was also huge by NYC standards. Bonus - it’s in a great location! Thank you!"

"The property location is excellent, so walkable, close to Times Square yet we had plenty of quiet to rest after long days of walking. Staff is helpful, attentive and each member we interacted with was customer service oriented. Bedding is crisp, beds and pillows very comfy, rooms are a decent size per NY standard with closet space and room to move. We didn’t use the health club. Bar is lovely. Based on location, service and comfort, we’d definitely recommend. "

"The location was great! We even walked back from shopping on 5th ave to the hotel. The room was small but it was fine as we were in and out. All linens were Frette, bed was super comfortable, and the shower was hot! We were on the 9th floor so we didn’t hear any street noises. Breakfast was grab and go but there was a hot option and there was space in the cafe if you wanted to sit and eat there. It was a perfect stay for the weekend!"

"Checking in was quick and staff at the front desk were helpful, although they couldn't tell us what the included continental breakfast included. After check in I had to walk up 17 flights o stairs to my floor because the elevator wasn't working. Stood in the lobby (that was under construction) for an unexaggerated 15 minutes waiting for the elevator. The room itself was extremely clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. The shower had good water pressure even though the drain was...

"We stayed for 2 nights. The room was spotless when we checked in and was serviced the next day. My only complaints were that the room safe was inoperable and there were no slippers as advertised. I complained to the front desk about the safe and was told that someone would come fix it. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and quiet. Good pressure in the shower. Very clean bathroom and tub. The continental breakfast was good. Nice selection of pastries and breads, yoghurts, fruits, hard boiled...
