"The switchover to computerized elevators was a disaster. 15 min waiting for elevators, resorted to taking stairs 8 floors. Checked out a day early and swallowed the room cost. Excellent midtown hotel, been going there forever, but this one time was a fiasco. Just make sure that the elevators are fixed before you go."

"The ac didn’t work in the room temperature was 79f the entire stay, staff said that was just the way it was. Room had no fridge for medicine. Also room amenities such as a working TV were unavailable throughout my stay."

"First of all,complimentary tour was amazing! I would’ve never known all the stores behind it and our tour guide was so pleasant and informative. Room- the front door had a hole on the bottom. Front desk check in - very accommodating and felt sincere welcoming. Cleaning crew- nicely done and pleasant when meet on the hallway Bell boys - many times we were in and out never got the greetings or even offer to help with luggage. Inside the Iron gate way- we were sitting out and homeless came...
