"Make sure your door closes behind you. We came back and the door was not closed all the way, I noticed this when we first arrived. I think it was a heat on the time we were there, I am sure the air conditioning could not keep up with the heat expected over July 4th weekend."

"The beds are not at all comfortable ( but they say the most comfortable bed ever- NOT!!)The television has hardly any channels-You cannot even watch a local sports team without a subscription. Stay at Midtown 45 by Wyndham in Manhattan, way better for about the same price. Will NOT be back. One more thing- the hotel check in people are rude AF.. The parking that is supposedly for Sheraton is 75$ a day( no in out privileges)-do yourself a favor and find something on a parking app. That is way...

"Very clean and pleasant staff. Great location to subway. Our shower was awful. The water pressure is insane, not relaxing at all. Felt like being sprayed with a fire hose. No water bottle filler, which would have been so awesome!"

"The hotel was beautiful and very convenient to all the sights around Manhattan. The front desk staff was fantastic. We arrived before check-in and front desk staff was helpful in finding a room that was ready so we did not have to wait for our original room after a long flight. They also recommended places to eat and see during out visit."
