"The quality of service, has deteriorated considerably especially in front desk. The restaurant service was never good in this hotel, starting from the two lady hosts in the morning, waiters who are far from caring, absolutely indifferent and unhappy people waiters ( one time they brought me another food, something I did not order ). On the other hand, they have an impeccable house keeping service. The hotel, rooms, location all are very very good. "

"L'hôtel est parfaitement situé dans Times Square. La chambre était spacieuse et très bien insonorisée de l'extérieur avec des stores occultants pour avoir une bonne obscurité. La salle de bain est très grande et fonctionnelle. Tout était très propre, avec tous les jours deux bouteilles d'eau offerte et mises dans la chambre. Le personnel est très sympathique. Nous avons du changer de chambre car il y avait un problème qui nous gênait et cela s'est fait très simplement à l'accueil. Merci à...

"A great hotel that is centrally located...shopping, and fine dining and so close to Central Park. Everything was 1 environmentally sustainable. But one that struck me was how wonderful and friendly the staff were... everyone was so welcoming. I love 1 Hotel and will stay here when I return to NYC."
