"Park Lane is fabulous for an extended stay in NYC. I recommend a studio suite on the 30th floor, #3000. Majestic and panoramic views of Central Park. Staff keep your room immaculately clean. Location is ideal for walks in Central Park. Visit Strawberry Fields on Sunday for Beatles/John Lennon's live music performances by excellent musicians. "The location is very central and the lobby is a comfortable place to regroup. The bar and restaurant have a great vibe and the staff are all curtious , friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. This is why I keep coming back to the Loews Regency Hotel!"

"Everything was fine....however, I would not consider this a 5 Star property. We got a great deal on a rate on July 3,4 and that made it fine. If I were paying their normal rates, I'd be unhappy."

"Not nearly as comparable to other 5 stars in Manhattan. Rooms and elevators are dated. No coffee machine in the room. No mini bar or snacks for purchase in room. Shower was dated and had moldy tiles. Room was simple, nothing lavish or luxurious. Staff was helpful but not overly welcoming and warm. Will not stay again for the price."
