"Bed and pillows are really bad. Housekeeping knocks on the door for cleaning when you're sleeping but they didn't provide do not disturb signs. The policy says it only cleans every 5 days, but they bothered us every day we were there. Outdoor amenities were great! Cleanliness was great. "

"I have zero complaints. Check in was smooth and fast, room was super clean and very spacious. The pool area was amazing, and so was the pool and bar itself. All the staff I interacted with were incredibly nice. I’d definitely stay here again, also it’s 15 min away from Disney which is awesome!"

"The room was very roomy and nice. The sofa bed could use a bit of cleaning as well as the floor carpet but overall tue room was good. The staff were very nice and approachable. The pool and the gym were in good condition. "

"My daughter enjoyed breakfast and the amenities. It is close to everything. there were many selections for breakfast, and tables it’s right by the pool which was pretty great. The hotel was fairly new. I like the Sauna by the pool. I just wish that the room price will be better."

"I do NOT recommend this hotel. We went for a dance competition happening at the hotel. We arrived around 8:30 PM and were given a room with no air conditioning. After a long day of travel, this was extremely frustrating. The worst part is that they didn’t take it seriously until I insisted on getting my money back.
