"Staff were mean and rude, we tried using the dining table at the lobby. They told us to leave just because we are carrying food from somewhere even though we bought coffee and fruits from the dining area. I paid almost $600 for my 2 days stay and I’m not allowed to use dining tables to eat? They did not even provide microwave inside the room the reason why we are in the lobby to find a place to warm our food and eat"

"This property was awesome!
The only problem we had was with the hotel bartender, she was very nice and we had an awesome evening, but we cashed out and accidentally left our prepaid Visa card with our signed bill. We went down first thing the next morning and manager said nothing was turned in from the bartender.
We later saw the bartender and she stated that she only had one card that someone left and she turned it in to the front desk.
I guess someone’s not telling the truth!"

"The property was great. My only complaint is that after a certain time the stores on the property close. I woke at 3 in the morning with a migraine. I go down stairs and ask the front desk if there was anywhere that I can get something to drink and something for a headache because I was in serious pain. She said no and that the store wouldn’t be open until 7 in the morning and went back to doing what she was doing. No empathy or anything. I had to wait 4 hours in pain until the store...

"This Disney resort is a value resort but as any Disney resort, it is clean and a great budget friendly place to stay while enjoying the magic of Disney. They had two large pools to enjoy and the food court for easy access to food. Our stay was enjoyable. "
