"Very nice property, great location, right near the beach(which is rare in Key West). Our only issue was the housekeeping services. We took the privacy sign off the door and were expecting to get the room cleaned while we were gone for the whole morning. Usually, thats when the cleaning is done. We returned in the afternoon, room wasn't clean. Had to to contact the front desk to have the room cleaned. Also, our VIP status included a bottle of wine, which was offered to us during check-in time...

"It is a great place for both kids and adults or even just a couple looking for romantic getaway. There's plenty of good food at the bar but one Duvall is not great for kids. It's better for adults and a nice night out. Staff is great. The rooms have beautiful views and having a private beach is an a+."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel beautiful scenery, excellent staff and wonderful food. Everyone was so welcoming. The amenities were my favorite. We took the bikes and went for a long ride, played tennis swam and drink by the pool."
