Download your QR codes to your phone's wallet to avoid my experience....I kept getting error messages. 🙄 I checked my luggage in the locker room in the early AM. "We arrived in the late afternoon looking forward to resting after our journey. Unfortunately, we immediately noticed that the bed linens had visible stains & hair on them. Hoping to at least freshen up, we then went to use the shower, only to find more hair there as well. The overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. We went to the front desk & requested to speak with the manager. He was polite, apologized, and assured us that our room would be thoroughly cleaned with in couple of hours....

"Very helpfull staff all the rooms were very clean only thing that was a lillte difficult was that they did not offer any lunch or dinner opptions or ways for you to sort out you own food so u would have to go to other sites or restonts but they do offer a free ferry that is very helpfull"

"We booked a Deluxe Queen Room, we didn’t seem to get that, due to late check in, it would appear that we got allocated some form of accessible room which wasn’t what we booked, this meant that our bathroom was a wet room and really not what we wanted at all, the entire floor of the bathroom got soaked each time the shower was used, the Air con in the room didn’t seem to work properly. Possibly should have addressed this with the hotel directly but we only used it for sleeping but upon reflection...

"The best hotel in London for the convenient location close to all the tourist attractions. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Very clean rooms"

"No basic things like slippers, water filter machines on the floor or bottled water in the room. Not everyone wants to drink tap water. Staff busy and housekeeping slow. The included breakfast, location and clean modern rooms compensates somewhat."

"A very nice centrally located hotel close to Buckingham Palace & Victoria station. Only draw back was the size of the standard room which was very small. This is expected in London but there was barely room for the toilet which was in a tiny space"

"Very nice room and excellent breakfast. The only complaint is that you can hear some noise in the room but nothing too bad."

"I liked that the room was very equipped, everything in excellent state. Good taste in design. I only noticed that the room seems to trap moisture, I wish it felt more dry. Besides the air conditioning, I believe the room should have a dehumidifying system. Oh, and I would also add having a full top to bottom mirror… that would make the room top-notch."
