"This felt more like a proper hotel than a hostel. The location was great, close to the ferry (which is free when you stay there) as well as bus transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was only there for one night so didn’t take advantage of breakfast or bar but it’s something I will consider in future. My room was a nice size with a tub which I love and a view of the water. It’s a great spot if you’re traveling solo very cost effective. Will come back in future"

"The digital lock never worked and the swimming pool was out of order during our stay, which was disappointing as the children were keen to use it. There was also only one staff member with a rather arrogant attitude when we were asked to show ID and provide a card for access after the digital key failed, even though we were happy to provide all room confirmation and other details. "L’hôtel était satisfaisant. La literie est très bien et la chambre spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner est correcte. Le quartier autour de l’hôtel est très calme mais les lieux d’intérêts sont proches. En revanche, gros bémol pendant le séjour. L’alarme incendie s’est déclenchée à 6h30 un dimanche matin, ce qui peut arriver. Toutefois un minimum de communication de la part du personnel aurait été appréciable. Nous étions dans la rue sans savoir si nous pouvions rentrer dans l’hôtel et plusieurs...

"The room was clean but very basic, breakfast was brilliant and the staff were lovely, especially the cleaning staff, they were always welcoming with a smile and even attended our room hours after they'd done everyone else's as we spent almost a whole day relaxing in the room and then when we went out for dinner, they somehow knew and went in to freshen the room up which was greatly appreciated and totally unexpected given we hadn't seen them working on the floor when we left"

"The facility was excellent and the proximity to everything was perfect. The tube is only two blocks away which made getting around easy. The breakfasts were first class, delicious and always hot. A very nice selection too. Room care was excellent."
