"Location, location, location. Right next to tower of london . This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful part of london. The room is in need of an update, but still very nice. If I am ever lucky enough to travel to London, I will definitely stay here again. The breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of restaurants nearby"

"Let’s start with the good things. The location of the property is amazing, it’s a very safe neighborhood and close to the underground station making it easy to go anywhere. Breakfast is included but there’s not a lot of options and you have 2 hours to have it, so if you are planning to wake up late this place is definitely not for you. "The staff was really nice and I love the fact that the entrance needed the card especially late at night for safety reasons. I loved the vibe of the place and it felt like I was in space. I do love the disco setting in the nest but I don’t recommend turning it on when you’re drunk lol. Overall so close especially if you’re going to and from LGW or LHR, I found myself wandering around and hitting major landmarks within a 15 min walk so it’s just overall great"

"Expedia was a nightmare to deal with on this honeymoon trip. Our plans were disrupted by flight cancellations, which is understandable, but the Expedia Rep said we would receive a refund for the two nights that we were stranded. After we were charged the full amount, Expedia was nowhere to be found. We’ll never use them again!!"

"The room is basically a bed and a bathroom. No amenities, not even a wash cloth or a true hand towel (although there are towels and floor mats). I ended up using the floor mat as a wash cloth and asking for a second to use as a hand towel. No water glasses. Great blackout blinds."

"Our experience was lovely in the pool and room service was great, but when we moved the couch to set up the bed for our toddler, we found a huge amount of old puke in multiple places including under the toddler bed we were using. We had someone come to the room to check and he was fantastic (thanks so much for your help Kyle!) however we were told we couldn’t move rooms because the hotel was fully booked, we were then given a breakfast voucher and 20% off of our dinner that we had in the room,...
