"Excellent hotel will definitely come back!"

"Hotel was clean throughout, and all staff very friendly & pleasant. Was clear in booking process that there was no bathroom in room. The bathrooms/toilets are very clean, and their are many throughout the building, and at least one close to every room. Breakfast was fine (bacon, eggs, toast, tea, coffee, orange juice, cereal). Around 5minute walk to Paddington station. Excellent budget option for the price."

"Very large hotel with groups of guests checking in constantly. Convenient location. Many restaurants nearby"

"Room was clean and staff were attentive and friendly. There was just limited attention to detail, for example, a vacuum cleaner was left in hallway for two days. Also, the windowless rooms would have been fine if the room lighting was adequate, however that wasn’t the case and the room was really dark, cave like, even though all the lights were on. Overall, even though the staff were great, I wouldn’t stay again."

"Tutto perfetto peccato solo che non si potesse aprire la finestra"

"Pleasent hotel but terribly hard beds. We didn't sleep well during our stay and would not return for that reason."

"Basic room, tissue for a duvet, mattress too small for the bed, pillows way too soft, 19" tv on top of wardrobe didn't keep signal.no tea/coffee facilities in room, shower was rank, mould and scale everywhere, had to jold toilet flush for ajout 3 minutes to work..Toilet roll so thin well you can imagine that bit!,dont even get me started about why the headboard was sticky and their was all hand prints on the wall just above the headboard!!stayed on level 2, lift lights didn't work and call...

"Very friendly staff! Great location too."
