"Please make sure about room size before booking this hotel. No windows in the room, no chair or no table. Looks like it is purely for holiday makers who want to stay in the center of city , location is great and very close to Piccadilly train station. Not for business travellers"

The location is incredible for low traffic volumes but proximity to Earls Court subway lines (to airport and on main District line). Rooms were small (no chairs to drink morning coffee) but bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I would definitely return."

"Wonderful 8 night stay, May 2026. Everything was as expected. Very nice and clean. Only issue was every time you enter from outdoors, ASSAULTED ( no other words work) by some pumped in “ scent”. Not just us, everyone walking into hotel was like Wow!! Not a bad smell, but when it burns people’s eyes, or gives them a headache. Not good Turn it down already. Constant, no matter what time of day or night Literally everyone experienced same experience ( 8 of us as well as every other guest...

"Well located just around the block from Paddingtom Station and staff were friendly. A little worn on the inside and small rooms but would definitely stay again. Plenty of dining and pub options nearby."

"We had a wonderful stay at Park Plaza London. The hotel location was excellent, with easy access to major attractions and public transportation. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast had a great variety of options and everything was well organized. Overall, it was a great experience for our family trip, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting London."

"Some of the stall were really good but others were so so. Really didn’t appreciate the guy trying to charge me 20£ for an hour early check in after 8hr flight plus an 1hr travel to hotel. Room was super small but stuff put a decent effort in"

"Cool historical buildings"

"The entrance of the hotel is sweet and pretty. The location is wonderful because it’s right next to the underground tube station and very central in Kensington. That was the best part of the hotel, the location. However, I stayed on the first floor and the AC barely worked. The air was blowing well and you couldn’t adjust it. I should’ve complained, but I didn’t and at checkout, I let them know and they didn’t seem to care. I should have complained before. So if you find the AC, not working...

"The hotel was located beside Victoria station and underground so commuting around the city was easy. The room was very clean and quiet with a fabulous view across the city. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and the staff were very helpful. We would definitely stay at the Riu again."

"It’s was a great stay for 3 of us. It was a great location in an old building (actually reminded us of a tenement from NYC) The shared bathroom/showers were actually quite convenient as we could all use separate facilities at the same time. The room on the first floor was a bit warm and a bit loud until midnight but would not say it affected our stay. Would recommend."
