"The view was excellent for the Tower Bridge especially at night. The room needed maintenance, the shower/ bathtub and sink takes forever to drain, and you literally has to HOLD the lever down for a long time in order for the toilet to completely flushed. This property doesn't have a GYM, you have to walk about 20 mins to a gym apparently they partner with. "Hate to give this review - I booked a room for the view and received the attached instead. I was informed I can’t get a different view as the full view side was taken - yet you could still book any kinds of rooms online so not sure how booked out they truly were.
