"The location is percect for the shops and entertainment centres, including Liverpool One. Its a newly refurbished place, done fairly tastefully and providing functionality and comfort without any lavishness. The room was basic but excellent. The bathroom was pristine. The bed was fine, although the mattress could have been better. There was a mini kitchen, which was a nice bonus. Pristine throughout, they proved that cleanliness is next to godliness, because there's a bible shop next...

"The host was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for any more. Apartment was well equipped and considering being in the middle of all the bars and clubs was very well sound insulated. I would recommend to family’s that this is in the middle of a busy nightlife part of Liverpool so may not be suitable for young children. "The room on arrival was very hot windows didn’t open and fan was broken. The sofa bed was broken along with window blinds. No toilet roll left for a week stay! After complaining they moved us to another room which was filthy dirty. Broken blinds again with broken toilet seat not connected to toilet! Very noisy. Drunks sleeping in stairwells! Only thing good about property was location to city. Check out terrible as given wrong key code so no way of leaving key fob."

"I thought the property was fantastic and a great location,the parking was a joke and something they should look at.having to work thier way round and one way system then parking on a double yellow is a bit much.no hot shower for three days in 25 degrees is another thing especially with an 88 year old man who was down for his birthday.lovely place and I would go back,just the details.three coathangers and one was broken and the couch was stained but parking was a bit daft and could be sorted out"
