This is a good hotel to use for your next vacation if you want to have a relaxing time. The resort is conveniently located in the heart of the city, with easy access to major attractions, shopping districts, and dining options. There is also a shuttle that goes back&forth from the resort and to 5th avenue which is a great experience for those who want to go out of the resort. The staff at this resort were incredibly welcoming and attentive. From the seamless check-in process to the concierge service, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Special kudos to the housekeeping team for maintaining immaculate cleanliness throughout my stay. Overall Platinum Yucatan was is an excellent choice for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Despite a few minor issues, the resort’s beautiful setting and outstanding service make it well worth the visit.

Loved the place!! Only thing was pool does not stay open late enough for grown folk resort, and that you cant take your food with you to eat later in comfort of you room! Also room service takes 45 min to 2 hours!!

We had a great vacation here at Yucatan!! You are able to go to the other resorts, however this is the only adult only resort and visiting the others makes you very thankful for the quietness and relaxing atmosphere that Yucatan brings!!!! There were lots of food options to choose from, that staff were all very friendly and helpful and the grounds were beautiful 😍 There were so many different types of plants and animals to see. There were also lots of activities ever day if you wanted to participate and shows every night . My only minor complaints were that the towels were pretty scratchy, however the beds and bedding were very comfortable! This time of the year there was also quite a bit of seaweed on the beach, although the staff worked hard to get it cleaned up! Because of people trying to sell things to you, we only went to the beach a couple times, but all in all it was the most relaxing vacation we have had in a long time. We highly recommend visiting !!

Good swim-up bar and lively activity at main pool but also had a quieter pool near to the beach. Apart from the sushi which was average at best, the restaurants had surprisingly decent food! Good espresso martinis!
