"Hotel Spadai staff greeted us with smiles and kindness. It was extremely hot upon our arrival in Florence and the property offered great air conditioning to escape the heat. The property itself is in a fantastic location; walkable to pretty much everything we wanted to see and do in Florence. The bed was comfortable, and the spa bath in our room was the perfect way to relax after weeks of walking around Europe for more than 7 miles a day. "Excellent Hotel. Staff is dressed professionally and very kind and accommodating. Room was spacious for Europe standards and bathroom was very nice with two sinks and separate room for toilet and bidet. Beautiful dining room and wonderful food selection for breakfast and service impeccable. Thanks for a wonderful experience. "

"We stayed in the Romance Suite, it was VERY spacious, two bathrooms, comfortable bed, sitting area, and a balcony - though not wide enough to sit, it was long enough to walk.
Rooftop pool with lots of space to lounge and get a drink at the rooftop bar. Very classy and high quality throughout. Good location, quiet. Amazing staff."
