Lovely staff and hotel. Excellent location with 7 minute walk to the Duomo. We didn’t need to take any transport anywhere. Just walked around the city. Bathrooms are a little tired but the bedroom was excellent. Great variety for breakfast. Super friendly staff.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room assigned to us overlooked the courtyard in the back so it was very quiet. It was bright and clean with all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was very satisfying. On our last day, we had to leave extremely early, long before breakfast room open time. We were pleasantly surprised that we were each given a breakfast bag to take with us. Thank you! All the staff members were helpful and treated us with courtesy. We really enjoyed our stay there.

This was an amazing hotel. It was very hot, so the pool was very inviting after a long day of exploring Florence. The rooftop bar was an added plus. Very friendly staff.
