"Perfect central location. Breakfast was wonderful and convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a delay and arrived at 11pm and full front desk staff was available to assist. I called ahead to inform them of late arrival and they noted that we had late arrival. The roof top bar was wonderful."

"Easy journey to Marco Polo airport from the Carnival hotel on the Aliaguna water bus to Guglie a short walk from the hotel. Lots of good restaurants and aperitif places on the canal outside the hotel. Easy access to all the main sites from Tri Archi vaporetto stop outside the hotel. Much cheaper to get a two or three or more days, water bus pass for as many journeys that you want to take each day. Good safe local neighbourhood to wander about including evenings."

"Internet struggles when in the rooms, but the rooftop bar/pool area has strong wifi and it's a much better place to setup if you have to do some light work. "Hotel Isa is perfectly located between the Prati and the Vatican. We walked everywhere from there. The staff went over and beyond to welcome us. From early check in, a room upgrade, a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our anniversary, and even packed us breakfast to go bags at 6:30 am. I would definitely stay there again!"
