I called the front desk and they cleaned it up and I was offered another room with a upgrade from my regular room to a VIP suite with a swimming pool in the room. "We absolutely loved our stay at Sawasdee Village. The resort is beautiful. Our room was always clean and stocked with complimentary toiletries. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Staff were very responsive to our needs and requests. The breakfast was great with a wide selection of choices. Our only caution is that there were always mosquitos that entered our room. But the resort was very attentive towards this issue. Overall, we loved our stay at Sawasdee Village and would go there again. "

"Beautiful family oriented and close to Patong Beach"

"Worst stay in Thailand. I've been all over for 3 weeks in this beautiful country. But this hotel is not how it's advertised. The room smelled foul like sewage. Tried to call front desk for my wifi password and realized the phone didn't work. Front desk sent someone to check and it wasn't plugged in. He found a jack on a different table and it didn't work. He came back 10 min later with another man and they had to pull my bed out to find a jack and that didn't work. At this point I didn't care....

It’s located close to most activities that I booked and free shuttle to Patong beach, shopping, and restaurants. The staff made my stay amazing. I enjoyed 5days and 4 magnificent nights here!"

"We stayed total of 5 nights and 3 rooms. One of the rooms had bad reception of satellite tv. So we switched to new room on third night Breakfast was ok . Thoughtful they put signs for chicken vegetarian etc because we only eat halal food Servers during breakfast mostly seemed like they had bad days . But other hotel staff seemed friendly "
