Cari Hotel di Thailand

"The bartender from The pool was very RUDE. We asked him few times for few things and he thought that he was doing us a favor by making our drinks. Nice property but their staff needs some customers service training."

"Highly recommend 👍"

"The staff was incredibly helpful, and our room was amazing! On our last full day, we had an early excursion planned, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we still experienced a floating breakfast. We really appreciated their kindness and flexibility, and it made our stay even more special!"

"Great resort, friendly staff, lovely experience, private beach, big rooms, nice pool. Recommended"

"The steps leading to the lift is very inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. Should find a solution to make it easier. Not to mention the area is so small and narrow. Becomes very congested during high traffic. "

"Frühstücks Auswahl fanden wir persönlich nicht so gut aber die Angestellten sind top aööe sehr nett und die Zimmer schön geräumig würden es an sich weiter empfehlen aber gäbe evtl noch bessere Hotels."

"Amenities were brilliant especially for children. Great kids club"

"Absolutely incredible. Phenomenal property. We loved the direct train link from the airport immediately into the hotel. Yes. Immediately at the hotel (exit 1). Also, directly on a subway line. There is nothing in the direct neighbourhood, but it puts you in a central location to explore."

"It is absolutely amazing and beautiful with best possible service; we really enjoyed. It is super clean and staff are very friendly and the food is great. There is life music every night but I hope they will add some music for dance. People love to move and dance in vacations like this. Even though the singers were great but mostly with country songs and etc. we will strongly recommend Riu Palace Phuket, with one exception that the hotel is very far from the centre if you are going to the town...
