"Staff were always smiling and attentive. Room was large and comfortable. Big bathroom with toiletries replenished daily and with clean, thick, quality towels. Bed was very comfortable. Shout out to the housekeeping staff who do a great job. The restaurant staff at breakfast were excellent, despite having to handle hundreds of guests. It was so busy from 8.15am onwards, so I suggest going early. Food was great with options to suit all tastes. ATMs in the lobby were very convenient. Hairdryer...

"We stayed total of 5 nights and 3 rooms. One of the rooms had bad reception of satellite tv. So we switched to new room on third night Breakfast was ok . Thoughtful they put signs for chicken vegetarian etc because we only eat halal food Servers during breakfast mostly seemed like they had bad days . But other hotel staff seemed friendly "

"Nice stay at The Nature. Everything at the hotel was amazing, staff were super friendly and kind. However due to the weather, the room conditions weren't great. It was rainy season and everything in the hotel felt damp and moist and the AC had to be on constantly to air the room out which made it feel very cold. No ones fault but did make the experience less unfortunately."
