"Hotel was well kept and modern. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Only comment is there are a lot of steps across the property so be prepared for that. There is a shuttle but runs every 5-10 mins and can get filled up quickly and often. "

Thoughtful they put signs for chicken vegetarian etc because we only eat halal food Servers during breakfast mostly seemed like they had bad days . But other hotel staff seemed friendly "

"The breakfast buffet was amazing! Great stay! Great beach. Wonderful stay. Across the street from the hotel you can find some restaurants a couple shops and massage spas but generally the area is all for this hotel. A more lively area would be up the road at Kata Beach. However it’s a short walk or a short Grab ride. This area is better for kids. The resort has plenty to do and really caters to you if you have kids. They have babysitting service as well. "
