Staff was amazing, nice room, beautiful swimming pool, 5min walking from best beach in Phuket, Surin Beach. It's a shame there are no hotel amenities on the beach, such as sun-beds, bars, etc.

Twin Palms was exceptional - terrific staff attitudes - willing and able. Lovely pool and grounds and architecturally well planned with amazing loft pool villas - huge living dining level with additional full bathroom - large bedroom middle level and a large pool and deck on top . Completely private . Food is very good for lunch and breakfasts are true 5 star . We have stayed at many - this was one if our best finds ! Twin palms’ at Kamala has a great beach restaurant and their catch beach club is wild . Surin is a perfect locationn.

Great Escape!

3rd stay and I am coming back

I recently stayed at Twinpalms Phuket and had the absolute best time! From the moment we arrived, I were treated like royalty. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive, always greeting us with genuine smiles and making sure every detail of our stay was perfect. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed, chic yet cozy, surrounded by lush tropical greenery and featuring an amazing pool area. I spent countless relaxing hours lounging by the crystal-clear pool. My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the thoughtful touches like fresh flowers and personalized welcome messages. Waking up each morning to the serene views of the tropical gardens was pure bliss. A huge thank you to the entire team at Twinpalms Phuket for making my stay unforgettable. If you’re looking for a luxurious, friendly, and genuinely joyful experience this is it.

They made us pay for dental kit, provided in the restroom, with no tag price on it.The price should be obvious so you’re not surprised at the check out. They showed us a book with the prices for the minibar staff. We asked the front desk to talk to the manager about the shaving kit and dental but the front desk said he is not available and this is our policy. It wasn’t for the total amount that we had to pay but it looks ridiculous for a 5 star resort to charge guests for this elementary things. Staff weren’t friendly at all. They barely could say hi or smile.The internet connection was not good at all. The resort was modern style and the rooms were really nice. Cleaning service was great!

Property and staff is nice. When we showed up we had rented the Penthouse. Soon arrival we discussed the penthouse has 3 step of stairs. Being disabled this was not going to work. Staff was nice and said they will call Expedia and make an adjustment since the room we had to be in with no stairs was half the price. When checking out we discovered the hotel blocked Expedia 3 times from adjusting the price. I asked the manger for help and he got into my face. He asked to fight me. I’m in a wheelchair and never been treated like this. Location is not great. It’s not on the beach. The pictures of the beach is a club you have to buy bottles for 200 each at.
