"Over the years, we always booked with Tuscany Suites & Casino every time we go to Las Vegas. We always admire the place. However, on our last two trips were not very good. "Upon check-in, they downgraded my room, but did not tell me! They are allowed to switch room spec under Expedia T&C, but did not make me aware of this until I'd been in 2 very poorly-maintained inadequate rooms. Only then did they confess that they had a room of the spec that I'd booked available. Why didn't they give me that to start with? Why weren't they upfront? Why were the first 2 rooms so shabby?"
