Can't say enough about how friendly, efficient and professional the staff are. I had a problem with the tv in my suite and when I talked to the front staff they handled it right away and went beyond expectation in adjusting my room rate for that day. I had not asked about doing this. When I thanked them they responded that they try to please. And they do. I will stay there again on any subsequent trips to Ottawa. Thanks again to the amazing staff at the Business Inn!

Breakfast was simple fresh and included many options, very convenient for families with kids. The room contained all necessary stuff as a service apartment. The location was great for visiting the city and its attractions. It was a good experience for us, I would stay there again.
