Personnel should communicate and solve issues between EACH OTHER and AFTER turning to the customer with the conclusion politely, not put the customer in the middle of an issue and have emotional escalation with him/her while politely courting (male-female personnel) each other.

Homeless people have now started to become quite visible including setting up at the building vents. Felt vulnerable for car break & enter in outdoor parking lot. Breakfast was acceptable but not special Lots of trouble with both TV remotes & cable box for 1/2 of my 5 night stay

Everything was great except for the pillows, they were like rocks. I couldn't sleep for 2 nights. On my trip I stayed in 4 hotels and this was the only one with that type of pillows. For this reason alone, I will not stay there again.

Reasonable price hotel. Convenient with parking lot next to the hotel. Walking distance to downtown and most of the places for visitors. The hotel is a bit old, but the room is spacious, clean and with modern electrical appliances provided.
