"Room was very worn looking but decent size… the property places a cap on the AC in the rooms and it’s NOT cool enough!!! It was miserable… We were so hot the first night we thought the AC was broken and the fan didn’t work. We approached the front desk and there was nothing that they could do minus switching rooms. So we switched rooms at 3 AM. Again the AC was regulated but at least the fan in the ceiling worked. The rest of the staff were fantastic, especially the bartenders… The food was...

"This was my 5th time in Cancun, and this has been one of my favorite places to stay. I loved everything about the resort, My granddaughters had a blast because it has a pool side for small children. For those adults traveling alone , no problem, they have pools and restaurants for adults only. Highly recommend this resort and Expedia to book it. I was able to find a better deal !"
