"This was our first-time, we had an awesome time. This hotel is first class all the way , everyone of the employees treated us excellent with respect. We have nothing negative to say about our stay . Cant wait to book it again . We have stayed in others near by but they do not compare. We even walked into other Riu hotels near by but this is the best . Stay for yourself you will not be disappointed. "

The SPA is luxurious, and leaves relaxed and refreshed, Alexa, Alma, Guadalupe took care of us and were a constant blessing. The picture don't do it justice, with views that are spectacular. "The area was super clean, and as always, JW Marriott lives up to an outstanding service reputation. The bathrooms have updated designs and are very clean. However, when anyone uses the toilet, the sound is a loud echo. This is very embarrassing. The staff is extremely accommodating. The rooms are spacious, safe, clean, a nice selection of restaurants "
