"El único problema es que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba en el sentido que tuvimos que incluso poner sudaderas xq no funcionaba el control del aire, se reporto pero no resolvieron el problema. Entiendo que el hotel tiene un concepto rústico pero uno tiene que subir y bajar 3 pisos con las maletas pesadas. De ahí en fuera todo muy bien."

"The staff are absolutely fantastic - friendly, helpful, etc. The location is central/great - easy to get everywhere you need to - and the rooms are quiet. The hotel itself has some “new hotel” kinks to iron out but also understandable as it’s on a remote island - ran out of propane so not hot water, but with it being so hot outside it wasn’t a concern for us. Toilet, AC and door lock didn’t work so they moved us to a new room as soon as we told them. Very responsive over WhatsApp emergency...
