Cari Hotel di Mexico

"Great customer service, very clean resort can’t wait to book my next stay"

"The hotel is located in a very good location, it also has parties that guest can be transferred to. The resort is fairly clean and well kept, but the rooms do need a little tlc. There are many pools and hanging out areas for relaxing and drinks. The beach was not the best. Most of the staff was friendly, a few did stand out with poor attitudes, the food was ok, it was the same product at the buffet every night, for brkfst, lunch and dinner. I did also observe a lot of repurposing the morning...

"Excelente hotel"

"Thank you to the cleaning crew for always ensuring my room was cleaned every day. The staff constantly mopped the common areas after guests came in from the pool and beach. The entertainment staff was fun and always welcomed guests to participate in contests and activities. My favourite meals were from the steakhouse and Italian restaurant. Overall, a great stay for my family and me"

"Ideal para toda la familia, los más pequeños podrán disfrutar de todas las actividades. El personal es extremadamente amable y muy enfocados al servicio para hacerte sentir como en casa, mención especial al equipo de Entretenimiento y Deportes: Luis, Christian, Miguel, Gilberto y Cristian. Han demostrado una gran empatía, actitud y dedicación al huésped haciendo que la experiencia sea aún más favorable. Sin duda mi destino favorito y volvería muchas veces más! No dejen de visitarlo."

"Excelente atencion"

"Secrets never disappoints. This is my 3rd time visiting a Secrets Resort & I am always raving about how above and beyond they go for their guest. I have never been to another country but Mexico because the hospitality just keeps on bringing me back. I’ve been to Secrets Akumal in Tulum in 2017 for my honeymoon, Secrets Playa Mujeres in 2021 for my husband birthday & now Secrets Riveria Cancun for my birthday. I’ll start with check-in… smooth check-in and we did arrive earlier than we had to...

"We absolutely were blown away by the property and the staff was the best! Our best vacation ever! The ceviche was absolutely on point!"

"Excellent the best experience"

"Elevaron demasiado los precios en los souvenirs y servicios a contratar en el hotel."
