"Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing from beginning to end.
On the first night, the air conditioning in my room did not work, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. I reported the issue to the front desk, but they did not offer to move me to another room. In addition, there was no hot water, which made the experience even worse.
I also had an unpleasant experience at the adults-only pool. I was told that I could not stay in that area, yet at the same time there was another adult...

"Room was changed without asking. Was put in a room with 2 double beds when we booked a king. Food was okay. Very difficult to get reservations at any restaurants so we ate at buffet every night. No bar in water park, thankfully Jonathan from mexican bar assisted me with carrying drinks. No waiter service by pool areas. Beach was full of seaweed and water was brown. Tons of walking with No shuttle or trams except for when you check in, they will bring luggage to your room. Had to call front desk...

"Room cleaning was phenomenal. Morning buffet and crew were amazing. The lobby is extremely hot no matter what time of day it is. At night if you try to drink a drink at the main lobby bar you will be dripping in sweat on how hot it is in there literally. Some of the staff in the evening reservation to dine in only came a few times to attend us. This is my 8th time coming to Cancun and first time here at this hotel and there’s way better out there trust me. Don’t come here."
