"There are no elevators at this property, and my elderly mother cannot climb four flights of stairs. Although we made our reservation weeks in advance, the employee checking us in said no lower-floor rooms were available and claimed the hotel was fully booked. Minutes later, another employee resolved the issue in less than three minutes and found us suitable rooms. The situation could have been handled with much more care and honesty."
