The room was clean. The hotel had a kids club although our kids did not use it very much since they have a little bit of separation anxiety. Although I would not leave my kids there, the swim area was big and I only saw two workers, which is not enough in my option. There were several blind spots in the water. Although water was knee high. Nevertheless, my kids liked it when we took them. We just stayed with them the whole time.
They do bring them small snacks for them as well.
There is also an area for babies 1.5yo-3. You can leave them for about 1-2 hrs. Hours are a bit weird.
Food was good. I found something that I liked each night. Reservations for the ala carte restaurants were a little hard to get.
Similar to other reviews, wait staff seem to wait better on tables that had white or non Latino. This caused us to wait for our drinks for a bit and to get napkins etc, although we would tip every meal.
Overall I would stay again. For what you pay I think you get your moneys worth.
