"Overall an excellent hotel, the indoor pool was lovely and the staff gave great service. Breakfast was perfect, everything you could need. Slight cons are the loud music from the event didn’t end until 12.00 and for 40 mins after that there was a lot of loud talking and doors slamming which kept us awake so it’s worth checking if there are events on before booking. Also in busy times the drinks service was super slow. We were told it would be a 30 min wait for cocktails on a Saturday night....

"The room was clean and comfortable. However I was given a room for disabled people and the shower conditions were not adequate. Also I was charged 15 pounds to check out at noon, which is ridiculous. I was also charged 10 pounds a day for parking, which was not the case when I stayed there last year. A lot of nickel and diming to get more money out of us and I don't think I will be staying here again. Thank you."
