"This hotel is fabulous, I booked late, arrived late and the staff were so helpful, the receptionist and the guy who offered to help us with our bags, they were very welcoming.. The room was lovely, clean and simple and really warm which was nice on a cold winter night. The Bed was SUPER comfy, our room had a shower. We didn't get to see the restaurant but will next time. We will absolutely be staying here again. THANK YOU."

"The rooms were spotless and the staff both at reception and housekeeping were kind and courteous. We stayed in an access room and it met our needs for wheelchair access. A small bugbear was having to hold the door open to gain access to the room. We will be going again next week for another 5 night stay."

"Everything about our stay was perfect. The room was very clean, bed extremely comfortable. What stood out most was the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. Particularly friendly and efficient was Karen in the restaurant. She was welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We went to breakfast and 2 of our party had special dietary requirements. Karen went out of her way to answer any questions we had and was very knowledgeable. We will definitely return."

"Great stay staff are so nice special mention for Sandra on reception my phone was messed up due to my lack I t skills she spend 40 mins helping me out obviously sorting her customers out perfectly at the same time my I t department praised me having great skills to sort out the problems not knowing it was her. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and it felt extra special due to the care and extras that were given as a gift. The room was lovely and it was perfect. Would definitely come again.
