"Wirklich gute Lage, nettes Personal, für London großes Zimmer, toller Pool/Saunabereich für ein Stadthotel (Zeitraum muss gebucht werden, kostet aber nichts). Zimmer war minimal abgewohnt, aber gut ausgestattet. Frühstück war nicht gebucht, da findet sich in der Stadt schnell was. Ende März komm ich gleich nochmal. "

"Returned to the same hotel the week after our first trip as its conveniently located near the train station. Breakfast is great with a good spread. The room allocated was at the very end thus dragging all our luggages was tricky. Those driving will need park elsewhere. "

"From checking in to checking out the following day most things were wonderful. The staff so friendly and helpful. Lovely room/bathroom and service and drinks in the 12th floor bar. The only downside was the breakfast, we had to wait absolutely ages for a coffee but the lady was very apologetic and we hadn't been told there was actually a help yourself coffee machine at the other end of the breakfast room. For the price of the breakfast we all thought it was rather substandard with not enough...
