"Super convenient location close to Covent Station (Piccadilly line) from Heathrow. Walkable to Thames Bridges (but not Tower Bridge - easy Tube ride away), Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, etc. Rooms are air conditioned if very hot outside and a typical European size - cozy but functional. Excellent restaurant on ground floor. Coal Hole Pub is right across the street - Sunday Roast Beef was the best!"

Room service was super and the staff so welcoming and warm, fare price and great coffee at desk as well as in the room... Will definitely come again, highly recommend. Although in the process of renovating the whole hotel. Surprisingly our stay wasnt effected by it.."
