"So….we had booked elsewhere originally but that booking was cancelled due to fire, so Expedia rebooked us here. And they paid the additional charges. (Of course I was expecting something fancier)
The location, is great….you are within walking distance of lots of things, tube is 5 mins away.
The place itself….a complete let down. The two things we absolutely wanted were kitchen and washer/dryer. Yes we had them, except, washer did not work, couldn’t get the latch to close - called...

"Very spacious apartment with all the necessities for a great stay. Great location for Liverpool City centre and Albert Docks.
Remember to check in online prior to travelling to ensure that you receive the door and key codes.
Parking discount at Q-park Dale Street was a welcome bonus.

"The mezzanine apartment concept is cool but is very small and on a hot day it gets super hot . No air conditioning and only a small window to the internal patio. Not enough ventilation. The worst point is the bathroom, is the smallest I've ever used, you barely can move around and the shower will leak water all over cause there is jot enoguht space. There is also a bad smell from the drain. I wish they showed pictures of the bathroon in advance but i guess they trying co cover for it. I did love...

"The apartment done the job for 1 night stay for 5 adults , but definitely couldn’t do a short break here .
The TV didn’t work , no signal. Internet was also poor again no signal .
One of the chairs the leg was very loose unsafe to sit on , and had been just rested against the small table under the TV
Air/Fan cooling towers in the apartment were dirty and smelly when in use .
The key didn’t open the outside door I had to ring for assistance, he then told me it was a code to get in , which had...
