"The Photos on Expedia are different to the actual hotel. The staff, especially the General Manager was rude, using harsh words on guests, no hospitality etc and any inquiries on something not okay he simply says “that’s the hotel policy” and no attempt to be hospitable . Also asks for Bank details and one needs to swipe their bank card while checking in which is not ideal. The rooms do have any storage drawers too."

"The amenities were satisfactory, and the staff were friendly. However, the cleanliness of the bed and the room was disappointing. Additionally, the lounge and TV area were constantly filled with cooking smells originating from the kitchen, making it difficult to relax. Specifically, the blanket covers were not changed regularly, which is unhygienic. I hope they will improve this by changing the blanket covers after each checkout."

"After staying here for 5 days, I am very confused about some of the low/poor reviews. People seem to expect 5* hotel experiences on a hostel budget... Considering this is a hostel and the very low price, I am impressed - FAR better than I expected for such a low cost.
