The location next to the train station was ideal for luggage storage when we continued to Pisa. The hotel is so friendly and the breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay again just because of the reception and staff. Not as upscale as our apartment in Rome but my favourite so far due to outstanding service. No problem storing luggage before and after stay. Wish we had stayed longer.

The location is fantastically located yards away from the train station and tram stop although round the corner and away from hustle and bustle. The staff were always excellent and friendly. The room was clean and original and fulfilled all my requirements. There were a few options for direction to all attractions and streets that were off the beaten track and I enjoyed exploring them all with ease and total safety. (The food market is less than 10 minute walk and a must) I wouldn’t hesitate a return visit and my first option would be The Boccaccio.

Breakfast had good enough options to start your day. Staff was very helpful and friendly, Mahsabi made us special cappuccino every morning. The location is very convenient I would highly recommend this hotel for visiting Florence.

The hotel is situated at a high traffic spot, but my window had a good seal and sound was minimal in my room. Oh, and the real white noise machine was great! Breakfast was very good…Barista made coffees - not machine or premade!

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was first cabin! The staff was so helpful with restaurant recommendations, when we arrived, our bags were received and we were welcomed to go to the cafe/Bar and enjoy a Cappucino and Tea.and Croissants, restaurant reservations were on our behalf, 5 stars all the way, it is important to note the hotel is very well located, just 200 meters from the train station, and very close to Santa Maria Novella Piazza!

The property is nice, it's slightly older but facilities and staff are amazing. Breakfast was very nice too. The only drawback is it's close to the street so at night you might hear traffic and noise. Other than that, it's convenient, only minutes away from train station and major attractions are walkable.

Great welcoming clerk. When asked if there was coffee service available in our room, with some wit, he reminded us it was a 3 star hotel. After both he and my wife said I should not have coffee so late, he offered to make me some tea ☺️. The room was cozy. The breakfast was great. Location excellent for train and sites.
