"Excellent amenities but the friendlies of the staff stood out. From the reception staff, concierge right through to the cleaning staff everyone was friendly and approachable. I don't normally complete review requests but it would have been remiss of me not to have responded. I hope this review will be relayed to everyone concerned as I'm sure they have to deal with no end of challenges on a daily basis. My very best wishes to them all and I'll definitely be back. "Great service, clean spacious room. The shower door opened only to the inside and therefore for a large person it was very difficult to use. Of course there was a bathtub with a shower attachment, but no screen. Suggestion: either replace the shower door with one that opens to the outside or put a shower screen on the bathtub. "

Highlights included the guy who checked us in who was obviously doing his hardest to make us feel really welcome and looked after, breakfasts, plentiful and delicious, and the hotel bar, nice atmosphere day and night."
