The only complaint is that there is only one elevator that goes to floors 13-15 and sometimes it can take a long time to get it show up. I would highly recommend staying her on a trip to London."

"our first room on the 12th floor was very small with no view and no storage. we were moved to a larger room on the 1st floor and the rest of our stay was excellent. exercise room is tiny but efficient. didn't know about the scenic elevator until we were leaving. quiet location. decent walk to the underground. not a lot to do in the area but so much to do elsewhere."
