Hotel Pantai di Docklands

"I was late because my flight only arrived in the morning. Even though I have put that in the remark in hotel.com, the front office staff is not aware . It take them close to 15 min to settle this. Hope this can be avoided in the future"

"Great experience."

"Convenient to access to all the terminal especially terminal T4"

"The hotel is set in really lovely grounds, but the rooms really need a refurbishment. :) The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly, the parking was plentiful. :( the room was dated and although it was clean enough, it needs some TLC."

"Arrived very late and there was a problem with our original allocation but Waleed sorted out a better room, parking and made sure we werent inconvienced even showing us directly to the room. Room was v clean, comfy, good value for money"

"Shabby and tired but clean. There were parts of the blind missing on the bathroom window and the handle had come off the window lock. We didn’t use the facilities but the reception area was pleasant."

"Love the room was nice and no issues"

"The cost was just within my budget. Very basic & affordable. As a solo traveller, I felt safe and secure. You get what you pay for. I didn’t need to use the shared spaces. Would return 😊"

"Safe and self contained, everything I needed. Spotless, clean and cosy"

After an hour Expedia told me accommodation was unlikely to be available so I then had to find alternative accommodation. Wasted nearly two hours and resulted in me missing...

"GOOD LOCATION AND CLEAN"
