"I would like to outline the amazing service I had in checking in. Long story short, my train to Paris was cancelled and I had no overnight luggage. I had to get my short cleaned as early as possible. Ajay promised me that he will do his best. The short was picked at 12:00Am and delivered back at 7:00AM. I was bale to get to the office on time. Thank you, Jay!!"

"We had such a lovely stay, the person on reception upgraded our room and also let us check in a few hours early which we really appreciated :) The room was super clean and modern. The hotel only a 5 minute walk to the underground and close to lots of restaurants and cafes too. The area felt very safe and quiet. Would definitely stay again! "

"Amazing from the second we walked in! The staff were really friendly and attentive. The room was very elegant but stylish, with an incredibly comfortable bed (the pillows could be a bit more pluffy, but I’ll let them off). But the real thing that made the stay was the service. A phone call from the front desk after being in the room for 30 minutes making sure we settled in ok, turndown service in the evening so when we go back in after seeing a show the bed was ready for sleep with the curtains...
